Sean Melia is an emerging writer / director living with his young family in Brooklyn.
His first short, You Don't Know Me (2008), was featured as an Editor's Pick on Openfilm.com, won the Audience Choice award at the 2009 NYC Downtown Short Film Festival and placed second in the 7th Annual Indieproducer.net Short Film Contest. This was followed by What Goes Bump In the Night? (2009), which was also was selected as an Editor's Pick on Open Film. Currently he's in post-production on The Administrator (2010), which he plans on submitting to festivals later this year.
He hopes to begin shooting his first feature, What Comes Around, in early 2011.
